Selling artifacts treasures and taxidermy mounts to the public from one of the most accredited and professional Taxidermist in the business. This is a public auction, open to the public for consignments and bidding. Please call with any questions prior to bidding.Â

Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: Payments are due on the day of the auction!!! Wire transfers are expected within 1 business day. Cash and Checks will only be accepted in the office, only on the two immediately following business days after the auction with a bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards will be processed for all online buyers whose invoice total is less than $1,000 at the buyers request on sale day subject to all fees and taxes All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being submitted. No refunds will be given for sales tax exemptions once credit cards are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt. Texas Sales tax is 6.25% with TERP tax 1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines, or greater (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION) All items with a transferring paperwork are subject to $25 processing fee Buyer's Premium is tiered (sliding scale, compounding). 8% for the first $15,000, and 5% on remainder. All premiums are based on the onsite and cash discounts being incurred. Online buyer's fee add 3% and all balances processed on credit cards will incur an additional 4%. WIRE TRANSFER or Onsite payments of Cash or a Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee and in person with credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX). Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the auction. All items are subject to Texas sales and use taxes, unless proper documentation is provided omitting sales taxes, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! No refunds nor returns! If payment is not received within 48 hours each item will be subject to a 10% late payment penalty. Also, the incident will be reported to Proxibid for late/nonpayment.

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact LEAP Auctions LLC for specific shipping and handling expectations. General requirements are confirmed payment in full, name and contact info for whomever is responsible for hauling and a bill of lading provided prior to pick up by any 3rd party transporters. No item will be available for shipping prior to the conformation of their funds clearing the bank. Any and all shipping and loading charges or cost are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. All items are sold FOB at their described location. If a 3rd party is being used then a signed bill of lading is required to be emailed to info@leapauctions.com prior to loading. There is the possibility of assistance with loading, however not guaranteed. Pick up will be available during most normal business hours with 24 hour notice, it is likely that other arrangements can be made, at the designated address for each piece of equipment. However, this feature is solely at seller’s digression and availability.
Preview Date & Times: PREVIEW: Please contact LEAP Auctions for arranging preview times and dates. They will be available during the week preceding the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: CHECK OUT / LOAD OUT: It is expected that all items are picked up and removed within 10 calendar days from auction.

Driving Directions: LOCATION: Auction House is 5705 E Hwy 21 Bryan Texas; 1.5 miles east of US hwy 6 snf 20 miles west of North Zulch on ST Hwy 21. However, some items will be sold off site virtually.

Special Terms

All items are expected to be picked up within 10 business days. Any items not picked up within the described window and/or prior arrangements have not been made and acknowledged with Auction Company in writing, then the item will be subject to all transportation, handling fees and storage fees and the items will be retagged and resold at the Auction Companies digression through the auction process, and at the new owner's expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with NO warranties expressed, implied, nor suggested in relations to the condition, merchantability, or usefulness of any item offered for sale. All information is gathered from what is believed to be reliable sources and is believed to be correct, but not guaranteed. Bidders will hold harmless LEAP Auctions LLC and its representatives, as LEAP Auctions LLC assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listing including hour meter and mileage readings, they are represented but unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed.
