Winter scene "Sugaring Off" by Anna Mary Robinson Moses, Also Known as Folk Artist Grandma Moses
The famed artist Grandma Moses was identified in her obituary with: The simple realism, nostaglic atmosphere and luminous color with which she portrayed simple farm life and rural countryside won her a wide following. Her work has been the subject of numerous museum exhibitions worldwide. The original painting "Sugaring Off" was originally sold at Christie's Auction in 1943 for $1.36 Million.

1950 Enrique Castell Capurro Framed & Matted Ink & Watercolor
E. Castell Capurro is a folk artist from Uruguay. The grass cloth matting gives the art a realistic feeling of prairie life. Much of his work was done in ink, oil & Watercolor. He's quite the artist and even has some scultpure pieces.
