There is a $ 25.00 notary fee, added at the time of invoice, for all vehicles, boats & trailers and/or any other item with title or that require a bill of sale. A valid photo I.D. is required to complete notary transactions at time of purchase. Title work will usually be available on auction day or the week after payment is received. If the purchaser is from out of state, once payment is received, a copy of title and bill of sale for each applicable item will be emailed within 48 hours to purchaser for signature. Upon receipt of these copies back by the Auction Company the original titles/bills of sale will then be sent by priority mail to the purchaser within 14 business days. If buyer is local, paperwork can be picked up from our auction site location. All plastic pallets, basket crates, folding tables used to display items are not included in the lots, they are the property of the Auction Company and/or seller, unless otherwise stated.
