Lots will close approximately every 30 seconds . Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for two minutes after the latest bid. 2. The pickup of items is on Tuesday October 27th at 10am to 3pm, Friday October 30th from 10am to 3pm at Coffee Trader: 1200 N Street Suite 221 Lincoln, NE 68508. Directions: Located in the Atrium on the Second Level of the Office Buildings on the NE Corner of 12th and N Street in Lincoln, NE. If lost or can't find the Coffee Trader, you can TEXT (only text, don't call) Dan at 402.669.1581 Please bring the tools, help, equipment, boxes and vehicle you need to take your items with you. There are items located in different areas throughout the property. Some walking may be required. Our staff is not permitted to assist with loadout, please bring plenty of help to assist you with loading and carrying. This small coffee shop and restaurant is located on the second floor, you may want to attend the preview to determine which route is best or loadout. 3. Coffee Trader Location and Loadout Instructions: Address: 1200 N St Suite 221 Lincoln, NE 68508. Coffee Trader is located on Second Floor Atrium (Hallway) on the NE Corner of 12th and N St in Lincoln, NE. Take the Escalator Up to Floor Two, Turn LEFT and follow the wall around on the right side is Coffee Trader Suite 221. If you take the Elevator to the Second Floor, Turn and Walk RIGHT around to Coffee Trader Suite 221. There are two different ways to move equipment out of Coffee Trader. Larger equipment can be taken out through the library commission and use the freight elevator and might be able to load items into vehicles in the back of the building. Building next door has allowed buyers access to their freight elevator with same loading access in the rear end of the building. Our staff will be there to show you the two loading and moving areas. PLEASE BRING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO MOVE YOUR PURCHASES. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. Keep in mind that some, most or all of these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. We do our best to point out flaws, but occasionally we will miss some damage. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. 6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by Friday October 30th at 3pm. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to that auction. 8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. All Bidding From this Platform Proxibid Is Done Online, if this is a timed auction, there will be no live onsite auction. 10. This auction has a 16% buyers premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium and 7% sales tax constitutes the total purchase price of $124.12 11. Payment Terms: Your Card on File w/ Proxibid Will Be Billed Immiately Upon the Auction Closing. State sales tax will be collected. Sales Tax of 7% will be billed to each lot you purchase unless you show proof that you or your company is tax exempt. 12.
