This is a duel location auction. The first 7 lots will be located at: 1780 Chester Drive, Pittsburg, CA 94565. The auction will close of 10 Dec 2020 and pick up will be Monday, 14 Dec 2020. Contact me at 408-497-0339 for an appointment to see the manager there and he will escort you to get your lots. (They are not open on weekends, hence the wait.) Location two will be at: 85 Gilman Ave, Campbell, CA. Pick up will be 12 December 2020. (Call me at 408 497 0339 to schedule an appointment for that day.) Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor.
