This is a duel location auction. The first 7 lots will be located at: 1780 Chester Drive, Pittsburg, CA 94565. The auction will close of 10 Dec 2020 and pick up will be Monday, 14 Dec 2020. Contact me at 408-497-0339 for an appointment to see the manager there and he will escort you to get your lots. (They are not open on weekends, hence the wait.) Location two will be at: 85 Gilman Ave, Campbell, CA. Pick up will be 12 December 2020. (Call me at 408 497 0339 to schedule an appointment for that day.) Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall USAuctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Please Note: WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIP. We are a small MOBILE auction service and I have several part timers who are willing to ship for an extremely fair price. Please Email any one of them for shipping requests. You will have to deal with them and pay them via Paypal or Venmo/Zelle. NOTE: We must observe the County decisions for Social Distancing. Therefore you must contact me for a pick up time slot. We are to consider this a "CONTACT-LESS" pick-up I will be the only person doing check-out and I ask you come alone with a minimum amount of traffic necessary in order to do your pick ups.
