All items will be charged to credit card on file immediately following close of auction. A 13% online buyer’s premium will be added to ALL sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be NO sales tax charged for online sales unless you live in Oklahoma. Any Oklahoma resident with sales tax exemption certificate (UNKNOWN to Auction Company) must provide tax exemption certification PRIOR AT CLOSE OF AUCTION. You will be notified at the end of Auction via e-mail with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Credit Cards on file will be charged at close of auction. Shipping charges MAY show up on a separate charge. This will be a timed online only event. It is the perspective bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm(s) they purchase can be legally owned in their State, County, or Jurisdiction. KNOW YOUR LAWS BEFORE BIDDING. NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING ALLOWED. NO shipping outside LOWER 48 States. No shipping of firearms to California/Alaska/Hawaii. ALL sales are FINAL. NO refunds will be given if you purchase a firearm that cannot be freely/legally shipped to your jurisdiction. If you are UNABLE to possess a firearm in YOUR jurisdiction DO NOT BID! If unsure of ANY regulation, consult an FFL dealer PRIOR to bidding. ANY return shipment plus a 25% restocking fee will be at the expense of the BUYER.
