A Certificate of Insurance is required for rigging & loading equipment purchased at auction. The certificate should be issued to Wausau Sales Corp., naming Incredible Bank and Wausau Sales Corp. as additional insured's. Each Certificate should have the following minimum coverage: General Liability - $1,000.000.00 Each Occurrence, $2,000,000.00 Aggregate. Excess Liablity - $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence, $1,000,000.00 Aggregate. Workers Compensation - Statutory Limits and Minimum Employers Liability Limits of $500,000.00 Each Occurrence, $500,000.00 Disease (Policy Limits), $500,000.00 Disease (Each Employee).

Payment

TERMS: A 13% Buyer’s Premium per lot will be added to internet purchases only. Payment may be made by Cash or Certified Funds. Personal and Company Checks Must have current Bank Letter guaranteeing payment to Wausau Sales Corp. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS). Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Sales Corp. prior to sale date. Settlement must be made in full on day of sale and can be made anytime during the sale. No property is to be removed from the premises before making settlement. All items are sold “As Is Where Is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are subject to the state Sales Tax Law. Not responsible for accidents. Online Bidders - If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the sale is completed with the total due on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Included in the email will be wiring instructions. Settlement must be made before removing any items, or in full by 4pm CST on Monday, October 18, 2021.
