Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. XIT Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. Bidders shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. XIT Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. None of the seller’s officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, assigns shall have any liability of any kind or nature to buyer for or by reason of any matter or thing whatsoever under, arising out of or in any way related to the sale of the property.
