29.25" curved single-edge blade w/single-fuller, ricasso stamped with a knight head - etched blade w/Bavarian slogan "IN TREUE FEST" - sharp blade retains luster mirror finish, patina shows age freckling throughout as well as few dings to blade edge - brass hilt - plain backstrap stretching into dove-head style pommel - plain wide knuckle bow terminating into slotted quillion - sharkskin grip wound with 3-strands of wire (2-straight, 1-twisted), wire shows wear loose/partial strands - black metal scabbard, single hanger ring & asymmetrical drag - scabbard shows to be expected wear to finish with scratches & paint scuffs - ding at drag area and throat of scabbard - overall length 34.5"
