All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed a 10% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. Professional Real Estate Group Auction Division will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Professional Real Estate Group Auction Division or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Professional Real Estate Group Auction Division will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Professional Real Estate Group Auction Division reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pick-up is available on December 15-23 and 26-30,2016, ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 15.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by December 30,2016,will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor.
