**On the select lots where there are reserves; our reserves are meant as a safety net for our consignors and are well below current market average auction prices, usually thousands of dollars less.** **On all titled equipment; In addition to our invoice, on receipt full payment, a Bill of Sale and Title will be made out to the winning bidder directly from the consignor to the winning bidder. **Items picked up in, or delivered to the state of CT will be subject to CT State Sales Tax of 6.35%.** Payment is due within three business days of the close of the auction – wire transfer or certified check only.
