Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa or Discover, wire transfer, cash at pickup, money orders, cashier's check or personal or company checks. (Buyer pays wire transfer fees). There is a 3% discount for cash or other guaranteed funds provided we receive full payment by Feb. 27, no discounts for payments after that date. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. No purchases released until payment by personal or company check has cleared.
All invoices $300 or less will automatically be charged to the credit card used to register to bid.
All sales are final, no returns, no credit card charge backs for any reason.
6% Pa Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or if you have a current Pa Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Sales Tax License.
Invoices will be emailed within 2 hrs. of the end of the auction.

All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. . Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. The auctioneer's decision is final. If there is a tie bid between the floor and the internet the floor bid shall take precedence and the internet bidder shall have the option to raise his bid to the next increment.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 5 PM Mar. 4, 2019, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
