Blue Diamond is providing internet pre-bidding and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidders have any kind of claim against Blue Diamond or its agents in the event that internet service fails to work correctly before or during any auction. Blue Diamond will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain that their bids are acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bids 24 hours before the auction begins. For auctions that include live gallery bidding, Blue Diamond utilizes bidding increments that approximate 10% of the current high bid, and not less than $2.50. Please note that we do not prescribe to Proxbid's published bidding increments during our auctions that include live gallery bidding, and that we are not bound by their increment table. Blue Diamond's liability for any lot for any reason shall be strictly limited to the hammer price of the lot, buyer's premium (if any), and outgoing and return shipping charges (if any). No claim for any other liability shall be considered or paid under any circumstance.
