1. You may use cash or check to pay your invoice at time of pickup or you can use a credit card to pay your invoice. The credit card information you provided when you registered is for account security only.
2. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. There are NO RETURNS on ANY item. If you are the winning bidder, the item is yours.
3. SHIPPING: We ONLY ship to the shipping address supplied to Proxibid. Prior to a package being shipped, you may EMAIL us with a change of address. Once a package is shipped, and you have failed to notify us, you will have to wait for the package to return and repay the shipping fee to the new address.
4. We encourage serious bidders to text (252) 459-3812 and we will give you as many details as possible on any item.
5. The Red Barn Auction Company DOES NOT accept any phone calls or texts relating to condition of the items, bids, etc…AFTER auction closing begins.
6. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Red Barn Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, but in no event shall The Red Barn Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. It is bidder’s complete responsibility to understand all terms and conditions BEFORE Bidding.
8. Any bidder whose payment has not been received 5 days after invoices are emailed will receive a non payment status on your Proxibid account that WILL NOT BE REMOVED UNTILL ALL FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.
9. The Red Barn Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw and or re-catalog any item in an auction.
10. We offer in house shipping using USPS, UPS or FedEx.
11. FOR SHIPPING ORDERS ONLY - ALL 'BL' lots will be charge $10 handing per lot.
12. For Security, The Red Barn Auction Company DOES NOT CALL OUR CUSTOMERS requesting credit card information. You, the customer, must call us if you need your credit card processed.
13. You must EMAIL our company (redbarnauctions@yahoo.com) for package tracking information.
14. Will will not authorize and bid retractions. Please review ALL bids before placing.
15. The Red Barn Auction Company or it's Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning The Red Barn Auction Company, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of The Red Barn Auction Company is final.
