Local Pickup and Shipping Policy: Local Bidders (Within 1.5 Hours) - If you're located within 1.5 hours of the pickup site, you're expected to retrieve your items during the scheduled removal window. If you can’t make it, please arrange for someone (friend, family member, etc.) to pick up on your behalf. If you're unable to do so, we kindly ask that you do not place bids. Out-of-Town & Out-of-State Buyers - If you’re more than 1.5 hours away or located out of state, we’re happy to help coordinate shipping. The Auction Coordinator will contact you after the scheduled removal day to make arrangements. All shipping costs and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unable to attend during the scheduled hours, arrangements may be made to meet at an alternate time only if approved in advance. A $50 fee will be charged to cover staff time and scheduling outside normal removal hours. Any items not removed by the specified pickup date will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, trashed, or returned to auctioneer or seller without further notice. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. Buyer Removal Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and insurance for the safe and lawful removal of items. Bring help to load your items. Auction staff will not assist with lifting, loading, disassembly, or packing. Please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your paid invoice to claim your purchases.
