Payment

No Checks or money orders. Payment must be made within 12 hours of auction close or your card will be charged. By bidding in this auction you agree to these terms. If you are requesting shipping please select shipping method and contact the auction house to reissue an invoice reflecting shipping. If you are picking up pay the invoice and come in the next 3 business days after auction closes to pick up. 10a-4p M-F You must have a paid invoice receipt and an id to verify it is you picking up. If someone else is picking up you must contact us to set that up. An invoice will be sent after close and you must pay that invoice immediately. If you are picking your items up We will be open the following business days from 10am-4pm. If you are needing shipping then you must select shipping method and notify the auction house (660-262-5273) Frankie. After you notify us about shipping we will re-invoice you and you must pay the shipping fees immediately. Your items will ship with in 48 hours of payment received in our account.

Items not paid within 48hrs with be charged to the card on file Items not picked up within 72 hours of payment clearing will be disposed of at the auction houses discretion. There will be fees if we have to remove and dispose of your property. $30 If you need other times to pick up please call us and make those arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your special requests. ***PLEASE NOTE*** GRAY PLASTIC BINS USED TO HOLD AND DISPLAY MERCHANDISE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE. TABLES USED TO SHOW MERCHANDISE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN THIS AUCTION. ONLY LOTS THAT SPECIFICALLY SAY 'TOTE' OR 'TABLE' ARE THE TOTES OR TABLES AVAILABLE FOR AUCTION. ***Other Stuff*** You may not bring anything unrelated to the auction into the building. No large bags will be allowed into the building and onto the auction floor. You must leave these things in your vehicle. This is a state licensed auction house. You may not enter with any kind of firearm whether concealed or not. if you do not agree with this then please don't bid. If you are picking up your items you must remove them from where they were sold. We do offer assistance where applicable but you must bring your own dolly and tie downs and people to help you carry things. If you have a handicapped plaque or are a Veteran of war or a First Responder your items can be loaded for you if you call ahead and make arrangements. We love our Veterans and First Responders. There are fees associated with us helping you load. Small lot $5.00 Medium lot $7.50 Large lot $10.00 Furniture lot $25.00 Appliance lot $30.00 Good conversation is free. These fees are per lot and will be charged to your card on file before loading. By notifying you we are able to bid inhouse. We like stuff too!!
