For live auction-style events, the Seller is allowing the Buyer to participate in the event through Internet prebidding and live bidding. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer have any kind of claim against the Seller or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live event. The Seller will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all 'won' items, even if the bidding was done in error.
Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction or payment discussed with office, before removing any items!

Items must be picked within 10 business days of the auction end.
**All online bidders CANNOT pick-up until Monday morning after the auction, due to having to download all online bids once the auction has concluded! **
Buyers Premiums:
9% per item for Items Won in the Live Auction (5% for cash payers on DAY OF SALE ONLY!)
8% per item for all items won via HiBid & Proxibid (ADD 4% for Credit Cards or ATG Pay!)
All Items must be removed within 10 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by the following Tuesday or are subject to a $25 per day late fee.
We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks.
