BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 19% Buyers Premium charged on all items in this auction (Auction hall receives 17% and Proxibid receives 2% of this premium). If you pick your items up at our facility, and pay Cash or Check, there is a 4% discount. CONDITION INFORMATION: Bidders are strongly encouraged to personally inspect any items they wish to bid on. LARGE ITEMS PICK UP: As a courtesy, we will have a forklift and operator available Sunday morning and by appointment Monday to Friday the week following the auction. Please contact us at least 24 hours before you plan to be here so we can ensure an operator is available to assist you).
