Payment

All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours from the time of sale. Renwick’s Auctioneering charges a 10% buyers premium per item for all buyers. Internet buyers will be charged an additional 5% internet premium. New York State Sales Tax (8%) will be charged on all sales including buyers premium and internet fee, unless buyer provides NYS ST-125 Farmer’s Exemption or NYS ST-120 Resale Certificate. ONLINE PAYMENTS - Following the auction, you will receive an invoice emailed directly from Proxibid for payment. PLEASE READ YOUR INVOICE INSTRUCTIONS IN FULL We strongly urge you to click on the blue "Pay Now" button located on your emailed invoice to pay by credit card or ACH. ATG Pay is a fast, convenient, easy to use, and secure payment method being offered by Proxibid. Follow the prompts to pay via ATG. If claiming a tax exemption, you will be prompted to upload a completed tax form to be kept on file. You can send your tax form ahead of time to payments@proxibid.com. All credit card and ACH payments are subject to a 4% Administrative Fee in addition to the Internet Premium. ALL INVOICES NOT PAID WITHING 72 HOURS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID AND SUBJECT TO A 4% CONVIENCE FEE. All items are sold ‘AS IS-WHERE IS’ with no guarantee or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. Mileage and hours listed are not verified. Renwick’s Auctioneering will try to provide you with a detailed description of the items as well as several pictures so please examine the photos carefully and be fully satisfied before bidding. Property is open to public inspection. We strongly suggest you attend our auction preview Friday 4-19-24 and Saturday 4-20-24 9am to 6pm before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect item as well as they would in person.
