Southeastern Auction Company acts as an agent only & lists items to the best of our knowledge. We are not board certified/court qualified examiners; therefore, we do not guarantee authenticity of any item. Please inspect all items carefully as everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Though all descriptions and leads are believed to be correct, the auctioneer makes no warranties of any kind and in NO event shall be held accountable for having made any warranties of description, genuineness, authorship, origin, condition, etc. All items could have minor scratches, loose parts, age cracks, worn areas and other imperfections. Some items may have been repaired. Please look at the pictures we have provided. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call or come by on the allotted preview dates. If you can not inspect in person, please bid accordingly! Bidders will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of the item purchased. REMEMBER ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 13.5% buyers premium for all internet and credit card purchases via online bidders. 10% buyers premium for on-site bidders; An additional 3% buyers premium applies to any payments made by credit card. Announcements on sale day take precedence over all printed materials and advertisements. Payment Instructions: All payment arrangements MUST be made on sale day. Cashier's checks, company and personal checks MUST have a Bank Letter of Credit SPECIFYING THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASES GUARANTEED BY THE BANK. POSITIVELY NO EXCEPTIONS. All checks should be made payable to Southeastern Auction Company Inc. In case of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bid between those two bidders. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke a bid at any time. Sales Tax: All sales will be subject to state and local sales tax laws. Auction Site: Southeastern Auction Company is located at 56 Hubert White Rd. Chadbourn, NC 28431. All bidders at auction site are there at their own risk. Southeastern Auction Company is not responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Titles: No titles will be available for items sold with no title. If there is a title, the title will be mailed to you within 10 business days; titles will not be given out the day of sale. Equipment Removal: All equipment must be removed within 15 days following the sale. Southeastern Auction Company or its employees are not responsible for loading or unloading equipment, but will assist you with your equipment. We are not responsible for securing loads; you must secure them as you see fit. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs.
