Announcements made on auction day by auctioneer take precedence over all printed material and advertising. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 1. Buyers are responsible for making payment on all items purchased during the auction prior to leaving auction premises. 2. NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" "WHERE IS". All descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this auction are believed to be correct based off information provided by the Seller. The Buyer should be their own judge, inspect the item prior to bidding. All sales are FINAL with NO returns. 3. Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC acts as the Seller's agent only. 4. Buyers must pay a Buyer's Premium of 15% up to $10,000 then 3.5% on remaining balance per item, all appropriate taxes, and any other fees that are applicable for each item. 5. Buyers can pay by Cash, Check (with Letter of Guarantee from Bank), Credit Card with 3.5-5% Processing Fee, or Wire Transfer with $30 Processing Fee. If for any reason your form of payment is returned, you agree to pay any fees necessary to collect funds owed to Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC. 6. Buyers acknowledge responsibility for any personal injury or property damage and agree to hold harmless Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC for any incidents incurred while on auction premises. 7. Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC will provide a Bill of Sale for any item requiring one. 8. Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC on behalf of the Seller will provide the Buyer a TITLE within a reasonable timeframe. If a problem with a TITLE is found, the Seller will have reasonable time to correct the issue. 9. Buyers that are TAX EXEMPT should provide proof of exception prior to auction. If you fail to present proof of exception, you will be required to pay all appropriate sales tax. 10. All items must be removed within fourteen (14) days once the auction is complete. Any items left after 14 days will be charged $25 per day per item for storage, up to ten (10) additional days. Any items left on property after twenty-four (24) days will then become property of Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC with NO refund to Buyer. 11. Any items that require Shipping will be the responsibility of the Buyer. 12. Bradley Equipment Auction, LLC will be available to assist in most cases with load out once auction is complete or by scheduled times given on auction day. 13. Once any item is announced SOLD to your bidder number, it is YOURS and you are responsible for protecting the item from risk of loss and/or damages. However, NO item should leave auction premises without being paid for.
