Smith & Wesson Centennial Double Action Revolver, #5228, .38 Spec. cal., 2'' (1-7/8'') pinned barrel, blue finish, factory smooth round high horned walnut grips with S&Wmedallions numbered to the gun, standard square notch rear sight and serrated ramp front sight on a four-screw frame, with safety retaining pin present. In blue sun-ray factory box numbered to the gun. Shipped Dec. 1954, with information sheet from Roy Jinks. Condition is near excellent light index mark to cylinder. Crisp grips and action, bright bore. Box shows edgewear and scuff marks. Est.: $700-$900. (C&R/PPT)
