If your state does not border the state of Minnesota, all firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state and you will be responsible for handling and shipping cost and $30 FFL Fee. Any firearms picked up at Johnson Performance (By Minnesota and bordering state residents) are subject to a $30 administration fee per firearm and background checks will be conducted prior to handing any firearms out, except for black powder muzzle loading firearms. All firearms requiring a permit to purchase or carry including pistols and assault type firearms will be shipped to an FFL dealer for any residents not from MN. Make sure to check with your local FFL dealers regarding their fees prior to bidding on any items if you are an out of state resident. All Federal Firearm rules and regulations will be followed.
