Any unpaid invoice after 24 hours will be charged to the credit card used for registration. PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Available with the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of $10.00 plus $60 shipping fee per item. All in state buyers shall pick up items on Monday; June 2nd 12:00-5:00 PM. Any out of state buyers are required to ship to an FFL in their state. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. All firearms should be looked at by qualified gunsmith prior to use. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). ALL FIREARM INVOICES WILL INCLUDE A $10 FIREARM PROCESSING FEE. THIS IS PER INVOICE AND NOT PER FIREARM. SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing if out of state. FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping fee of $60 per item will be charged to Buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. WE DO NOT SHIP AMMUNITION OR RELOADING SUPPLIES. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices.
