All items must be removed by the specified date without exception. If arrangements need to be made for any time for pickup other than the scheduled pick up date a fee of $50 will be paid to the auction staff for meeting at a different pickup time. Removal Requirements: Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, insurance, etc. needed for safe and proper removal of purchased items in compliance with applicable laws/regulations.Auction personnel cannot lift or help with moving or loading. Any items not removed within 10 days will be donated or resold. Please bring a copy of invoice & a State ID to pick-up items. As-Is Condition: All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" without warranty on condition or missing parts. Descriptions are provided in good faith as opinions only. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns, refunds or bid cancellations will be allowed. Technology Disruptions: The auctioneer will not be held responsible for any technology outages, delays or disruptions beyond its control that may impact the auction.
