Hi, my name is Crissie Banning, I'm 13 years old, and I'm currently in the 7th grade at Tarkington Middle School. I am a member of the Tarkington Jr FFA chapter and have been showing for the past 4 years. I have previously raised and showed lambs, pigs, and a steer. This year, I decided to try showing a heifer. My heifer, Daisy Mae, is a 12 month old brangus-x. Daisy is an open heifer. This would've been my last time showing under Tarkington Jr FFA, because I'm moving this July. The money I earn through this project will be going toward my college fund, which I plan to use to become a veterinarian.
