Silent auction items begin to end at 8:00pm. 10 items will end every 2 minutes. For example, lots 1-10 will end at 8:00, lots 11-20 will end at 8:02, etc. This auction has an auto-extend feature. What does that mean for you? It means that there is no sneaking in the last 10 seconds and entering a “snipe bid”. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of a specific item, the bidding time extends for that item only by another 2 minutes. Every time a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the time auto-extends an additional 2 minutes. Time only extends on the specific items with an ensuing bidding war. It does not affect the end time of any other lot. Let the bidding wars commence! After the silent auction, please allow 20 minutes before proceeding to check out to allow staff to prepare for the check out process. If you are not attending the event, an invoice will be emailed to you on Sunday, May 2. All sales are final and items are sold “as is, where is”. Please do not ask donors for exchanges or refunds. Items may be removed from the gym after check out is complete and a paid receipt is exhibited at the door. All items must be removed from the gym by 10:30pm. If you are bidding from home, someone from the auction committee will contact you the following week to arrange delivery of your items. Values stated are estimates and are not warranted by the auction for tax purposes or general value. Please refer to gift certificates for expiration dates and limitations. High bidder must contact donor to arrange for services or schedule experiences.
