When bidder is awarded the bid and declared the Buyer by the Auctioneer, bidder agrees to pay for the items as required. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is a live auction with online bidding. Winning Bids are not contingent upon financing; If you do not have money in hand to purchase items, do not bid, as you are legally responsible even if you cannot get financing. All items are sold 'As Is, Where Is' without warranty and with all faults/defects. All sales are final. Some items in this auction will be subject to reserve; if reserve is not met, item will not be declared as sold. PLEASE read the information in the first lot in the auction (LOT 0) as it contains important information regarding this auction. If you work for the entity that this auction is being conducted for, Please check with your supervisor before you bid on any items, as most entities do not allow their employees to bid for ethics reasons. Each person wanting to bid online must register through Proxibid with a valid credit card. Any onsite bidders will register at auction site. If you are high bidder online, your invoice will be emailed after the auction has concluded. If you haven't received it within a few hours after auction concludes please check your spam/junk folder for it. Your invoice should also be in your bidder account on Proxibid once it is available. Please note that bidders can come to auction site to pay before they receive their Proxibid invoice. For vehicles, please make sure you register your name and/or company name and information correctly for completing your vehicle paperwork. If you are a car dealer please make sure you register this way. There is a fee for corrections after paperwork has been completed. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY 12PM (Noon) on Monday 11/7/22 in US Dollars payable to ServCorp International, Inc. US Buyers may pay via cash, money order, cashier's check, or Wire Transfer (must include $15 wire fee), & Personal/Business checks up to $5,000. Any Personal/Business Check over $5,000 will only be accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will also be accepted in person at auction location or through Proxibid with credit card on file. A 3% convenience fee is added to invoice total for all card transactions. No bank drafts accepted. The card on file with Proxibid will be processed for anyone not paid by payment deadline. International Buyers will need to pay via wire transfer, the full payment for invoice plus $35 wire fee, in US FUNDS to Auctioneers bank account; amount received by auctioneer must equal invoice total plus wire fee. No International checks/credit cards will be accepted. Buyers Premium of 10% plus 5% internet premium (15% total) will be added on all online bidders purchases (ie. $1,000 + $150 = $1,150 (plus notary fee and/or tax if applicable) Sales Tax of 9.2% will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Sales Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer's premium. Buyers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate prior to payment, however if sales tax is later determined to be due, buyer agrees to bear all the liability of the sales tax for their purchases and remit such tax to the Auction Company and/or sales tax authority. Any vehicle, trailer, etc. having no title and listed as 'Scrap' or 'Parts' will be sold without paperwork and will be a taxable transaction. There is a $ 25.00 notary fee, if applicable, added at time of invoice, for all vehicles, boats & trailers and/or any other item with title or that require a bill of sale. A valid photo I.D. is required to complete notary transactions at time of purchase. Title work will usually be available on auction day or 1-3 days after payment is received. If purchaser is from out of state upon payment clearing the bank, a copy of title and bill of sale for each applicable item will be sent to purchaser for signature. Upon receipt of these copies back to the Auction Company the original titles/bills of sale will then be sent by priority mail to the purchaser within 14 business days. If buyer is local, paperwork can be picked up from our auction site location. All plastic pallets, basket crates, folding tables used to display items are not included in the lots, they are the property of the Auction Company and/or seller, unless otherwise stated. Although information is derived from sources believed to be true and correct, the auction company/seller makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, on the items for sale and shall not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranty and with all faults/defects. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose. All counts are approximate. Items/vehicles may be wrecked, have dents, scratches, flat tires, tears, defects, missing catalytic convertors, etc. Although the lot description may not mention defects or missing parts, does not mean there are not any, buyer must rely on their own inspection before bidding. No item shall be removed from auction site until paid in full. Removal/Shipping is sole responsibility of the purchaser and purchaser must supply their own handling equipment for removal/loading. No dock or ramps are available at auction site. REMOVAL dates and times are stated in the checkout section. All purchases must be removed on or before November 8th before 1pm. No weekend removal. If additional removal time is needed, arrangements must be made with the seller and are by appointment only between hours of 8AM to 12PM. International Buyers will have until Nov 30th, excluding weekends and holiday closures, to have items removed; there are no exceptions to this date, all items for International buyers must be removed by November 30th. Any items not removed within the stated removal dates/times are considered abandoned and may be resold without notice to buyer and all monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller. Potential bidder and/or Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. When entering any of the auction sites you do this at your own risk. Auction Company represents the Sellers' interests in these transactions. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material and/or prior oral statements. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once item has been declared sold, the buyer has entered into a contract and is responsible for the items. The Auction Company/Seller shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery of any purchased item(s), other than the return of the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot if applicable. Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond their control. Internet bidders should be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the software failing to recognize your bid. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company, seller, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close.
