The Bill & Recca Hejlik Farm will be sold as 1 tract as a multiplier of 32 cropland acres times the money per acre bid. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Total dollar amount will be of purchase price will be included on purchase agreement.
$25,000 down payment due on the day of sale with the balance due in approximately 40 days, on or before January, 18, 2023 upon delivery of a merchantable abstract and deed. Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Full possession will be given at the time of closing subject to the rights of the tenant in possession. Farm is leased for 2022 crop season. Seller will retain any rents.
All announcements sale day shall take precedence over any prior advertising either written or oral. Payment
Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement. Purchase Agreement will be emailed to address on file and contract must be returned via email or fax.
Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit as outlined in Lot #0 - Method & Terms. Failure to execute and return contract with deposit will be considered in default.
