All people attending the Auction and removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to property or person and release the responsibility of Janzen Auctioneer's from any liability. All internet bidders agree to pay 18% of the hammer price for each lot/item they purchase. The property will be open public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of the item they may be bidding on. Janzen Auctioneer's will attempt to describe the item through print ad, internet, and the day of auction to the best of there knowledge, but it is the responsibility of the bidder to determine that factor. The best way to view items being sold is onsite, so bidders bidding offsite understand they may not be able to inspect items as well as seeing them in person.
