The Payment Due will the final 'hammer' price plus, per Auction Lot won, the auction premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee. Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction. Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed. Bidder agrees that insufficient available funds to pay the full Payment Due shall not be a valid defense for non-payment.
