Scarce Jacobs Pharmacy Atlanta Ga 2 gal Jug, hands down of the most sought-after and scarcest pieces of stoneware we've offered. Jacbos was the first establishment to serve the worlds famous Coca Cola May 8, 1886. Also noted Jacobs studied under Dr. Crawford Long of Jefferson Ga. who was the discover of Anastasia. This is a first for Cagle Auction Co. to offer a historic piece of stoneware connected to Jacobs and Coca Cola. This jug is fantastic and has typical wear and light small chips, no repairs or cracks. The jug is bristol body with blue and white bands around the jug. Overall in great condition, a fine welcome to any stoneware collection. Very note worthy of any museum. Standing 13" Tall
