No customer parking available, park at your own risk. Regular metered street parking can be found all around our block. There is also a large grocery parking lot across the street. There is a small limited loading area (not parking) once customers have checked out and have their lots ready for loading.

Lots will only be released to you or your agent upon presentation of paid receipt, satisfactory identification documentation and a signed release/receipt of pickup.

The agent must sign the release/receipt of pickup and present satisfactory identification documentation upon request. It is at SD Surplus Auctions' discretion whether or not to release an item/lot to an agent. Please be prepared to provide further verification of identity/sale/winning bids
