The Gabeline Auction Monday, June 26, 2017 thru Friday, June 30, 2017 Yarmouth, IA I, as a bidder at the Gabeline Auction, hereby acknowledge that I am fully aware of the auction terms by way of pre-auction advertising by Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC on its website or through its auction sale bills or flyers, which auction terms include the following. I agree to accept all purchased cars, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, semis, tractors, implements, parts and any other purchased items at this auction in their “AS IS” condition, as advertised, and that the same are being sold without any warranty, express or implied. I acknowledge that I had the opportunity to inspect my purchased item prior to bidding, including photocopies of titles of the vehicles being sold, many of which are “branded” titles (e.g., original, duplicate, bonded, prior salvage, rebuilt, state-issued, etc.). I understand that Gabeline Trucking, Inc. is an Iowa retail automobile dealership and that most of the titled vehicles being sold at this auction are currently in that dealership’s inventory. Notwithstanding, I acknowledge and understand that neither Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC nor Gabeline Trucking, Inc. will be collecting any sales tax on my purchases and that it is my sole responsibility to pay sales tax on my purchased vehicle as prescribed by the individual state law from the state where I intend to register the purchased vehicle. I fully understand that in exchange for my receipt of a bidding number for this auction from Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC and the Gabeline affiliates, I hereby agree to hold the same harmless from any claim arising from my purchased auction item(s) and any damage to my person or property while in attendance at the auction.
