Sales tax will automatically be charged unless the buyer notifies the auction company immediately upon the purchase of the buyers exempt status. This should be done by emailing auctions@ruhterauction.com with sales tax exempt information.

All purchases must be paid for within 24 yours of the auction. There will be a $10 title fee charged on any item purchased that has a title. There will be a 3% administrative fee charged on all purchases. Visa and Mastercard may be used to pay for invoices of $3,000 or less. The administrative fee will be waived for payment by cash or direct wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
