All bidders must register and have a bidder number to place bids at the auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder. Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take precedence over any printed material pertaining to this sale. The auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all disputes and his decisions shall be final. Bidders should inspect the merchandise before bidding to determine its condition and understand that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his or her own opinion. There are no warrants - intended, expressed, or implied as to the merchantability or fitness of use of any item sold at this sale. All items are sold "As-Is". All sales are final. No Returns. Read look and understand what you are buying once your bid is awarded the item is yours no matter what was pictured or written, you must ask all questions before the auction. Do not lose your bidder number. You are responsible for all charges to your bidder number. Acceptable payment methods are: Cash (In House Only!), Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover Card. All merchandise must be paid in full before released to buyer. All merchandise must be removed from the auction site by 6:00 PM day of auction unless bought on the internet. All items were graded by appearance only, not boxes or running ability. Auctioneer may bid to protect sellers reserve price or on behalf of absent bidders.
