All internet purchases must be paid for in 7 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, or Good Check. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. No credit card purchases for this sale. Once the word sold is called the item becomes the buyers and the Auction Co. is no longer responsible for the item. Lulich Auction & Realty can not guarantee hours of any equipment and is not responsible for items sold without original manufactures safety equipment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, we can load and can assist with trucking, call for details. For small items purchased over the internet, these items will be shipped via USPS or FedEx within 7 days of auction close. For all large items purchased over the internet, contact Auction company for pickup times and arrangements. All purchases must be removed from premises within 45 days Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner. We advise you put odd amounts like $5,100 to help prevent this from accruing. There is no Buyers Premium for onsite Buyers. All online Buyers will pay a 4% buyers premium on all internet purchases. Lulich Auction & Realty will not be responsible for bids missed due to internet failure, or any other technical difficulty. Although your bid may have been placed before the auction date, the auctioneer may take a floor bid of the same amount before your bid. The auctioneer has full and any final say of all bidding and bid increments. The only way to be 100% sure your bid gets placed is to attend the auction in person. If you do plan on following along on the internet and bidding live, we strongly advise to bid quick and early, there is a slight delay and the live auction is always a few seconds ahead of the internet.
