Item Description:
A very hard to find period 2.5 HP Power Products two cycle engine folding scooter completely made of cast aluminum.  All original including tires and tubes.  Fold into a small 60" compact unit.  Very few exist in this good of condition.

International bidders must wire a $2000 deposit and fax a bank letter of guarantee to be approved. There will be a buyer's premium of 13% added to the purchases over Proxibid. You must register and get a "bidder's number" in order to buy at the auction sale. The deposit is refundable at any time if you do not win any bids, or it will be credited towards your bill. Payment in full is due on the day of the sale or next business day. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, bank wire transfers, cashiers checks, travelers checks, personal or company checks (backed by a current dated bank letter of guarantee for the amount of the check written) or personal Mastercard and Visa cards. Payment with American Express, company credit card or any Rewards credit card is acceptable with an additional 3% convenience fee per transaction. Bank title drafts are not acceptable. Please note that bank letters of guarantee and your $2000 wire must be received at the auction office at least 24 hours prior to the start of the auction for verification. The costs are very reasonable�you can fly in, purchase a bike and fly home without worry. Representatives from Federal Companies will be at the event. Contact the office about information regarding overseas transport.

Bidders Acknowledgment & Terms of the Auction Sale: 1. Onsite bidders: Please maintain possession of your bidder number at all times. We will be open for bidder registration at the auction office on Friday, March 9, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and also the day of the auction, Saturday, March 10, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. until the completion of the auction. 2. On-line bidders through Proxibid are required to send a wire transfer deposit of $2,000 at least 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to secure a bidder number. At the conclusion of the auction, the deposit will either be credited towards any purchases made or wire transferred back to the owner within five (5) business days if no purchases were made. Please contact Bator International, Inc. at (805) 646-9566 or batorintl@aol.com for further information and assistance with off-site bidding. 3.All items become the sole responsibility of the buyer (bidder) when the auctioneer announces "Sold". Bator Auctions is not responsible for damage or theft to sold items once the successful bidder has been announced. 4. Bidders are responsible to know what they are bidding on. At the time of the sale, we will describe the item as honestly as possible. We receive much of our information from the seller and will also disclose any discrepancies that we see, however, this must not be interpreted as any form of warranty or guarantee as to the age, condition or authenticity. There is no buyer's remorse or cooling down period and absolutely no returning of any item for any reason whatsoever. Winning a bid at auction constitutes a legal and binding contract in which you are legally bound to pay for all items for which you are the recorded buyer of and for which the auctioneer announces as having been sold to you.
