DESCRIPTION: A very fine brown leather civilian produced McClellan-style Western saddle. The brown leather stretched over a good frame with harness, stirrups, and belly band intact. The fully covered stirrups have a wooden core surrounded by leather. Shield shaped plate on back of the saddle notes "11-1/2" Seat" on wooden saddle horse.
MEASUREMENTS: 37" x 11".
CONDITION: Leather is cracking and with some red rot. Wear consistent with use and age. Patina is excellent and saddle is probably late 19th or early 20th centuries.

Invoices will be sent at close of auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales.
Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via Visa, MasterCard, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. There will be a 3% discount for payment with cash, checks, and money orders. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Payments not received in five days will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file.
Cordier Auctions provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is $50 per long gun and $65 per handgun. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers.

All items are sold subject to applicable Federal and State Regulations. All modern guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Cordier Auctions & Appraisals. Modern handgun purchasers must be Pennsylvania residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver’s license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive UPS shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations.
