Condition & Representation Of Auction Items:
The staff of Auction Michigan will do their best to audit and inspect each item and disclose any faults or defects that are found. However, Auction Michigan will not be held responsible for the condition or functionality of any item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect items they are bidding on, intend to bid on and/or purchase. Any and all high bids on items are legal binding contracts, and all sales are final.
All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, refund written, expressed, or implied.
The condition of items may not always be known (running, working, etc.). If condition is known we will list it in the item's description.
Pick-Up Of Sale Items:
All items purchased on online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. After this 7 day period there will begin a $____ per day/per lot storage fee. After 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item. After the two week period Auction Michigan reserves the right to relist the item, sell the item or remove it from there storage warhouse. The original bidder will be held in default and will be require to pay whatever bid price (plus any tax or premium) that is due on the item.
The defaulted bidder will be contacted by the auction company and take any legal collection action, including charging the credit card on file, and/ or use of an attorney or collection agency to facilitate payment of any items left in default.
