An example: If we describe something as Roseville and it is not, it can be returned. However, if we say Roseville? We are not sure if it is a Roseville. Therefore, any item listed with a question mark cannot be returned. If we call an item Sterling Silver it is either marked Sterling Silver or Sterling or 925 or it has been tested and if it has been tested to be sterling we will have it in the description that it is Sterling Silver but unmarked. If we do not mention that a stone is missing in a written description but the hole shows up clearly in a photo of the item, it is not returnable. We consider a photo as part of the written description of a lot, so make sure to view all the photos. If an item is approved for return we will refund your costs including return shipping.
