The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority reserves the right to withdraw property from auction prior to removal from seller’s premises. The successful bidder (buyer) is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation, rigging, loading and shipping. Seller does not collect taxes, but buyer is responsible for any applicable local, state or federal taxes. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property during or as a result of, the transportation of assets. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. For invoices under $2,000, your card on file with Proxibid will automatically be charged. There will be a 3% convenience charge for payments made with a credit card. Shipping in most cases will be a second charge as well. Buyer is responsible for shipping and logistics for larger items. For invoices above $2,001, a wire transfer will be required for payment. There will be a $25 wire transfer fee on all transactions may via wire transfer. Bank checks are also acceptable.
