HBNT POLICIES: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure it is legal for you to own the item in your state. A valid FFL is required before we ship any firearms. The FFL can be emailed to sales@hoosierbarterntrade.com or faxed to 1-888-879-8165. Please make sure your name, item number, or Proxibid username is listed or sent with the FFL. Failure to do this could result in a delay in your item being shipped. NO FFL is required for us to ship ammo, except to certain cities/counties in the USA (Sacramento, Ca, Los Angeles, Ca, Oakland, Ca, San Francisco, CA, Cook County, Il, Massachusettes, New York State. We must have a FOID card on file for shipments to Illinois and for Connecticut we must have a copy of you ACE/Pistol Permit.) If the you do not live in any of the areas that are named in the prior sentence we can ship to you without any further documents. We can only ship to a physical address. We can not ship to a PO Box or to an APO. We ship all ammo and long guns via UPS. Handguns can go either USPS or UPS. Please note we ship two days per week. It could take up to 14 days for your items to arrive depending on purchase time and or UPS pick-up. We will also ship some items via USPS as long as they are legal to ship via USPS and are not prohibited. We are not responsible for delays that happen due to the shipping company (UPS/FEDEX/USPS). Please note we do use some stock photos or generic photos. You are bidding on the item described in the title and description which will be the same firearm/item make/model pictured. All of our items are owned, on consignment, or under contract. We work with distributors and companies across the country to bring you these great items. Occasionally delays can occur that are out of our control. We pride ourselves in customer service and on our speedy shipping department. If at anytime we are unable to fulfill an order we will immediately contact you and offer a replacement item or your money back. We reserve the right to do this with any order. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you will still be required to pay 18% of the invoice total. We charge this fee to cover expenses of the sale. Please contact us first with any problems. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
We will add a $5.00 handling fee to each invoice regardless whether you purchase (1) item or (25) items. We have an 8% buyer's premium and we charge $10-$25 per lot shipping for our very large bulk lots there will additional shipping charges. We will combine shipping when we are able. We do not overcharge for shipping costs. We will make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible.
