Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties, or returns of any kind. No titled vehicle will leave premises until the check clears. Not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. The buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased. All bids are final and, once placed, you cannot
retract or remove a bid. Because all internet connections differ in their rate of speed. Your ability
to bid in the waning seconds of a timer may be adversely affected by your connection. WE
STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT WAIT TO PLACE BIDS UNTIL THE LAST 15
SECONDS AS A SLOW CONNECTION MAY CAUSE YOUR BID NOT TO BE PLACED.
Neither we nor the online auction platform will be responsible for any missed bids or failure of
the software to function properly. The auctioneer shall resolve all bidding disputes at his or her
sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding upon the bidders. Bids placed in the
final minutes of the auction may extend the auction according to the terms of the specific
auction.
By registering and bidding, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: You will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances and you explicitly waive any chargeback rights you may have with your credit card company.
If you initiate a chargeback, these terms will serve as definitive proof that you have relinquished your right to dispute the charge. Importantly, even if a chargeback is ultimately successful, you remain fully responsible for: The full purchase price plus any applicable buyer's premium, costs of collection and attorneys' fees associated with collection efforts.
SALES TAX- Proxibid collect sales tax based on the location the items are shipped to. If you have a resale certificate on file, please select shipping and it should remove it. All sales tax refunds must be handled thru the bidding platform, as we do not get that money, and they remit directly to the jurisdiction collecting it.
Items must be picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times. Failure to do so, may, at the auctioneer's sole discretion, lead to forfeiture or daily charges. Please contact the auctioneer for any special arrangements that you may need prior to bidding. Only a written agreement with Auctioneer can modify these provisions. IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR SHIPPING BILL, WHICH WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY within 60 days, the items are forfeited, and the auction company may dispose of how they see fit. Please check all photos, as they are part of the description as well. We endeavor to photograph all damage and problems, and expect the buyer to inspect all photos. Please note, some lots are times the money, and will say so when you bid. If you have placed a bid, there is no way for us to edit that after the fact, so the software was set up and you agreed to bid "times" the bid price when you initially bid.
In the event an item is lost, stolen, or misplaced, you will be reimbursed for that item at the price paid or a prorated amount. If an item lists that there are 10 items and there are only 9, you will be reimbursed at the prorated amount of those nine items. We will not reimburse for items that never existed at any rate other than what you paid.
