TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION
1. Full payment day of auction strictly cash, Visa,
Mastercard, American express. 15% buyer premium will be
added to the purchase total. 18% on line buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before
leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.
2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.
3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or
particular purpose, and do further state the goods are to be “as is”,
and without recourse.
4. Auctioneers reserve the right to group, regroup or piecemeal any lot or
number of lots prior to or during the course of the auction.
5. All purchases must be removed before 2 p.m., Sunday Anything not picked up will be taken to Navis Pack and Ship. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt.
6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the
time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers
assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the
hammer falls.
7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any
injuries suffered while inspecting or buying.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the federal, state and
local laws governing the purchase, possession and transportation of all
items.
9. Offer for sale void where prohibited by law. No sale of endangered
species may be consummated in foreign or interstate markets until a
permit has been obtained from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
10. All items purchased under the endangered species act will be provided a death certificate at the time of purchase.
