We must collect Florida State Sales Tax which is 6% plus a county tax of 2.5% (only on the first $5k) Unless a tax exempt certificate or bill of lading from a bonded shipping company is supplied. Removal is only available at the conclusion of the auction until 8:00 pm, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm November 10th, 11th & 14th only. Pick up is NOT available on Tuesday or Wednesday. All invoice must be paid before anything can be removed.

TERMS OF SALE
WE ALWAYS RUN A FAIR AND HONEST AUCTION.
Please read and understand the following information before you bid on any item.
1) Preview is available on Friday, November 8th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday, November 9th at 8:00 am. The auction will begin at 10:00 am.
2) Registration is free and available during preview times and the day of the sale. All prospective bidders must register and get a bidder’s number in order to bid. Please be aware that you must present photo identification when you register at the auction site (e.g. identity card, passport or driver's license).
3) Transaction fees: A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases made on-site and online. Florida charges 6% State Sales Tax on the total purchase price, and a County Tax up to $125 (unless a Tax Exempt Certificate is supplied or a Bill of Lading from a bonded shipping company). We will be offering online bidding through Proxibid.com/jwood for this sale. There will be a 3% premium applied to any winning bids placed online.

5) Removal of items will only be available at the conclusion of the auction until 8:00 pm, and then again from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on November 10th, 11th & 14th. Pick up is not available on Tuesday & Wednesday. All items must be removed by noon on Nov 14th. All purchases must be paid in full before any item can be removed. We will have Federal Motorcycle Transport onsite for your shipping needs (available online too).
6) Titles: All motorcycles with titles are listed as such in the sale catalog. Motorcycles without titles will be sold as off-road/race only. Buyers can get titles/registrations through a title service company or from a state that titles older vehicles. We have used VermontAutoTitle.com in the past.
7) All items are sold “as - is” we do not guarantee the year, description or condition. You are responsible to know what you are bidding on. We do not guarantee the contents of any lot. In the event of a tie bid the auctioneer may put the item back for bid between those buyers. Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids are irrevocable, and all sales are final. If you're the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you are the new owner of that item, & expected to pay your invoice.
