ONLINE BIDDING:

Failure to make payment in full to the Auctioneer will result in a Penalty charge of 25% of the sale price plus all buyer fees and Internet purchase fees.

SALES TAX:
A 6% Michigan sales tax applies to all purchases unless you provide our office with a copy of valid state tax exemption certificate or dealers license. We will keep these on file for future auctions, until expired.
TITLED ITEMS:
The State of Michigan requires that we broker all titled items sold. All appropriate paperwork must be signed in our office on auction day or titles will be delayed. There will be a $15.00 title transfer fee and a $35.00 broker fee charged to the buyer for each titled item purchased. Plates are available with proof of insurance. Title passes when purchaser’s funds clear our bank.

INSPECTION & REMOVAL:

All items must be removed before 4 PM Oct 26, 2017 Items that are not removed by Oct 26th will be by appointment only and supply your own loading equipment. Storage fees may apply.
