GOOD OLE BOYS EQUIPMENT TERMS OF SALE: ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE SOLD WITH THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE. IF YOU BID OR PURCHASE AN ITEM, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE. All assets sold through Good Ole Boys Equipment are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and "IN PLACE", without recourse. The buyer acknowledges that each asset purchased was inspected prior to purchase or that the buyer has waived the opportunity to inspect the asset, that there has been no covenant of warranty, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise with regard to liability or operational condition of any asset purchased. Some listings will have Buyer Premium fee of 15% added to the offer before they are submitted to the seller. All offers will be negotiated between buyer and Good Ole Boys Equipment sales executives. All bidders will be notified if any bid is accepted, countered, or declined. Offers are binding for 7 days. Assets not paid for will be listed for sale again after 15 days. Buyers are responsible for logistics and load-out charges unless otherwise stated. Buyers MUST pick up all equipment by the Pickup Deadline as stated on Yard Information. Failure of the Winning Buyer to pick up equipment by that deadline is a breach of the contract with the Seller, and the Buyer loses all rights to the equipment and the monies paid for the equipment as liquidated damages for the Seller. LATE PICK UP: There will be a $20 penalty per day for purchased assets that are not picked up by their scheduled day. ATTENTION FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS COMPANIES: All freight must be billed to the Sold To Party. Good Ole Boys Equipment will not be held responsible for any freight charges. DISPUTES: Buyers must notify Good Ole Boys Equipment of any dispute regarding the quantity or other aspects of lot(s) purchased within 7 calendar days from the invoice date for lots located in the contiguous United States and within 14 calendar days of the invoice date for lots located outside of the contiguous United States. All disputes must include documentation of the dispute confirmed in writing by Seller or Seller’s representative that was present when the lot(s) was/were removed. LOAD OUT INFORMATION: Please contact the yard listed on the lot details 48 hours in advance. Yard may or may not be equipped for load out assistance. Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics, securing the load, and associated fees for load out. BUYER/Truck MUST provide Good Ole Boys Equipment release upon pickup.
