PAYMENT, SALES COSTS AND VAT Payment If you have the highest bid at the end of an auction, and the reserve price is reached, you have won the auction. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming this the same day. If the seller accepts your bid under the reserve price, this will be confirmed within 48 hours of auction end. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours of the auction end, then the seller has not accepted your highest bid under the reserve price. In the case of time obstructions, you will be notified before by e-mail. Invoices have a 4 day’s deadline for payment. You will receive an e-mail from TEILMANN-PROKONZULTA, s.r.o. the following day after the auction closing, including the proforma invoice. – In the case you haven’t received any message within 48 hours, it could be that the sale have not been approved. All auctions and purchases via T-SAM.EU are based on Euro’s, they can be paid in local currency based on the proforma-invoice and by bank transfer only. Sales Costs Sales Costs (services) are added to the winning bid. Sales costs and VAT are specified on the invoice. Example of an invoice: Your bid: 1000 EUR + VAT 21% + Service fee 18 % + VAT 21% = 1180 EUR + VAT = 1427,80 EUR Late / Non-payment When the payment deadline of 4 days is not complied to, the order can be cancelled. The buyer´s account is closed and a new invoice for the cancellation fee of 10% of the winning bid – (minimum of 100 EUR and a maximum of 1000 EUR) is sent to the bidder. VAT All amounts are presented exclusive of VAT. VAT is applicable on all purchases where the buyer is registered in the same country that the auction is sold. VAT on sales charges is applicable where the buyer is registered in the same country that the auction is sold. For buyers outside EU, a DEPOSIT for VAT is required, this deposit will be returned, when T-SAM is presented with correct issued and verified export documents Export When an object is exported to countries outside the European Union, a DEPOSIT is applicable, this deposit represents VAT. The buyer is responsible for all costs, concerning export and for fulfilling all requirements concerning customs, paperwork and documentation. For all purchases made from a company registered in a non- EU country, complete export documentation is to be submitted to seller directly after export. We ask you to contact an approved logistics company to assure you fulfill all requirements. NB! Private buyers are always invoiced including the local VAT, this will not be refunded.
